Balsamic Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta


  • ½ cup Victorian strawberries, quartered
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 60g goats cheese
  • Handful of basil leaves
  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted


  1. Marinate strawberries in balsamic vinegar and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Spread goats cheese on toast and top with marinated strawberries and basil leaves.
