- ½ cup Victorian strawberries, quartered
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- pinch of black pepper
- 60g goats cheese
- Handful of basil leaves
- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- Marinate strawberries in balsamic vinegar and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Spread goats cheese on toast and top with marinated strawberries and basil leaves.
