2 x 250g punnets Victorian Strawberries, washed and hulled
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 limes, 1 juiced and 1 cut into wedges for serving
1 cup store-bought kombucha
1 cup Pimm’s No.1 Cup
2 cups ice
5 mint leaves
Edible flowers for garnish
1. Keep 4 strawberries aside and slice for garnishing.
2. Blitz remaining strawberries in a blender until finely puréed. Add orange juice, lime juice, kombucha, Pimm’s No.1 Cup, ice and mint leaves, then blitz until very smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh sliced strawberries, lime wedges and edible flowers.
